Rob is a graduate of the Johnson & Wales University Culinary School in Charleston, SC and has been cooking professionally for 23 years. He's extensively trained in Italian, European, Caribbean and Japanese cuisines, and opened the premier Italian restaurant in the capital of Bahrain. As a former restaurant owner and entrepreneur, he brings the type of experience, passion and creativity to Gigi's that has resulted in countless happy guests. Rob resides on the west side of Cleveland with his family.
